                                     and school rules

NEXT STEPS

1.  The district is involved in the Ohio Improvement process.  Goals must be made at both the district and building level in regards to academic and climate.  The results of this survey will be utilized to assist in addressing these goals.

2.  The D.I.G. group will be assisting in improving communication and parent feedback and involvement through the district website, channel 21, and the district Scholarship and Pride newsletters and School Connect service.  In addition, the district has created a Parent Institute program for parents, a Community and Civic Engagement team, and Key Communicators Club that will also assist in the challenges of our district.

3.  The D.I.G. group will begin recruiting parents at each building in an effort to build parent involvement, in assisting with communicating ideas, concerns, and suggestions toward the new elementaries.

Thank you to all that assisted in supporting the survey.  Please feel free when you talk with parents and they express ideas or concerns to contact us.
