2010-2011

PLEASE PURCHASE ONLY THE SUPPLIES ON THIS LIST.  WE HAVE LISTED EVERYTHING WE NEED, SO PLEASE DON'T PURCHASE UNNEEDED SUPPLIES.

YOU MAY WANT TO PURCHASE AN EXTRA SET OF CRAYONS, GLUE STICKS, SCISSORS TO KEEP AT HOME FOR HOMEWORK OR PROJECTS.

ART SUPPLIES FOR KINDERGARTEN ARE INCLUDED ON THIS LIST.

1-large book bag (no wheels and big enough to fit folders)

 1- Supply Box  

1 (made in the U.S.A. only) package of yellow #2 pencils ANY PENCILS MADE IN CHINA ONLY RUIN THE PENCIL SHARPER OR DON'T SHARPEN.  TICONDEROGA pencils are the best pencils.

1 Pair of Fiskars Scissors

4- boxes of Crayola 24pk crayons  

5- Plastic pocket folders with 3 brad fasteners in the middle & pockets  

(3 plain green, 1 plain blue, 1 plain yellow)- The hard plastic kind from Walmart last the whole year.

20- large glue sticks (BUY PLENTY WHILE THEY ARE ARE SALE THIS SUMMER AS WE GO THROUGH A LOT THROUGHOUT THE YEAR. SOME CHILDREN GO THROUGH GLUE MORE QUICKLY THAN OTHERS, SO BUY EXTRA)  NO BOTTLES OF GLUE

2-large boxes of Kleenex   Please don't get the kind with the lotion as the students generally don't like these.

1-box of quart size Hefty/Ziploc freezer bags (Your child can close the ones with a zipper easier)

1-box of gallon size Hefty/Ziploc freezer bags (Your child can close the ones with a zipper easier)  

4-AA New Batteries   (Duracell or Engergizer last longer)

An old but CLEAN sock   We use these on the white boards as erasers.

ART SUPPLIES:

1- 10 pack of Crayola markers- BROAD TIP (not skinny)- BASIC COLORS (you want the pack that has red, blue, green, yellow, brown, black, purple, orange, pink, gray)    

Water colors- Prang or Crayola will last longer
