Procedure For Work Permits & Transcripts During Emergency Operations
Beginning Monday, March 30, 2020 the Main Office at Lakeside High School will be open for students and parents needing assistance in submitting Work Permit applications.
The office hours will be 10:00 am – 12:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
Entrance to the high school for these requests will be through the front doors ONLY. You cannot enter through the Event Entrance or other entrances at the campus. Every precaution is being taken to avoid direct contact during this time.
In an effort to maintain safety protocols, assistance with completing the forms will be done “by appointment only”, during the hours of 10:00 am – 12:00 pm daily. If you cannot schedule an appointment during this time, we will make every effort to accommodate your schedule.
If possible, we are asking that work permits be downloaded from the aacs.net website and completed (as much as possible) before coming to the high school. If you are unable to download the Work Permit applications, they will be available in the vestibule as you enter the Main Entrance during the hours of 10:00 am – 12:00 pm. You do not need an appointment to pick up an application.
Please call the office at 440-993-2522, option # 2. You will receive a return call from personnel at the high school and an appointment will be scheduled. We will assist you with any questions you may have in order to complete the application.
If you are in need of transcripts, you can complete the request on our website www.aacs.net (select the “Services” tab and from the drop down list, select “Request a Transcript”) and submit the application or you can contact us by phone at 440-993-2522, option #2 and your request will be processed. Be sure to leave your name, phone number, current address, date of birth and year of graduation. You will be contacted when the transcript request has been completed and sent in the mail.
