About the Treasurer's Office

Dear Stakeholder,

On behalf of the Treasurer’s Office, welcome to the Ashtabula Area City School District. In the Treasurer’s Office, we strive to be outstanding stewards of the money entrusted to us by the community and to work to support the excellent work done by the district’s educators and
administrators.

The Treasurer's Office is responsible for the prudent management, optimal investment and clear reporting of the district's financial resources. This includes the following functional areas:

Investment and debt management
Budgeting services
Receiving and disbursing services
Payroll services
Financial accounting services
Auditing services
Property accounting services

In keeping with the commitment of transparency and full disclosure of district finances, copies of the district audit, five-year financial forecast and other district reporting metrics are available from my office. If you have any questions or concerns about finances of the district, please do not hesitate to contact me or a member of my staff.
